This collaboration blends LCG’s expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational efficiency with an empowerment coach’s unique approach to overcoming mental blocks, fostering resilience, and embracing balanced leadership.
These workshops are designed to support your business growth, find community with fellow entrepreneurs, and overcome the mental/societal challenges of running a business!
Each interactive, in-depth, and results-driven workshop offers:
- A different small business topic to stay up-to-date on important business needs, grow your skills, and network with fellow business owners.
- Interactive activities to help overcome challenges and help guide your journey as an entrepreneur.
- Tangible tools and resources to utilize and implement in your business, including grant applications, recommended applications/software/systems, templates for various business documents, and more!
- An open Q&A portion with our team of expert facilitators to help answer your business and personal questions as an entrepreneur!

Each workshop is held from 6pm to 8pm
| May 20th | Sales Strategies! - Techniques and tips on effective sales strategies, closing the sale, overcoming objections, communicating value in your sales, and more. |
| June 3rd | Overcoming Imposter Syndrome - How to overcome (and eliminate!) imposter syndrome, and communicate your value to clients. |
| July 1st | Mid-Year Review - Refining your vision and mission, identifying key business goals and priorities, time & energy management, and reducing burnout and stress. |
| August 5th | Making Money Moves - Setting an effective price, pricing/sales strategies, building a sustainable revenue funnel, and defining key partnerships. |
| September 2nd | Data, Data, Data! - Understanding your financials, collecting client data for marketing/outreach, and regulating stress around accounting, financials, and taxes |
| October 7th | Marketing & Branding Analysis - Evaluate your marketing and branding efforts, and enhance your efforts to reach your target clients! |
| November 4th | Prepare for Year-End! - Prepare your sales and marketing strategies for the end of the year, and plan ahead for 2026 by preparing your financial overview. |
